從2014年9月20日在小房子開始上繪本課.就愛上了Picture Books.
2月14日當日，第一次來到高雄市新的圖書總館。也是第一次親聽繪本作家的講座。
在這期間，雙眼及雙耳都不斷電的接收訊息。進入繪本時間很短，很有緣遇到資深的同好，引領入門。來訪的繪本作家是美國藉Jon Agee.很容易唸的名字。經由Agee現場用晝筆和口述的方式介紹創作的過程。仿佛走進了Agee的工作室，激發並堅定前往繪本的世界，不論是型式、內容的討論與賞析，或教學，進而邁步創作。
The other side of Town是一本在拿文字做趣，場景是New York City，主角是Bus Driver及一位上班族的乘客。這位客人要回到這個城市的另一邊。一開始的封面，就會讓讀者猜想哪一邊才是書的開始，是以乘客為封面向左翻閱，還是有著豐富色彩的城市向右翻。在都市生活是如此的緊湊-忙、盲；有時候那著掐著脖子的窒息感，讓人很迷茫。藉由到城市的另一端，翻轉思緒，再回到日常生活的規律下，隨著書的翻閱，也能感到陣陣清風。

2018年的新書"The Wall in the Middle of the Book"
書的正中央有一道牆，左方是一位小騎士，右方是大型的動物及怪物，所以騎士覺得有這道牆，怪物不會吃掉他，可是書的左方開始漸漸地的淹起水來，高大的怪物將手伸過牆的另一邊，將騎士拎到書的右方，騎士擔心怪物把他吃了，滿水位書的左方出現小魚被大魚吃，大魚被鱷魚吃掉；而怪物告訴騎士，他不會吃掉騎士，且帶著騎士到處逛逛。此書跨越四方書的空間感, 在作者的設計下，視感左、右、上、下超越書的格局。
高雄大東圖書館為藝術圖書館，其中收藏大量的原文書。其中Jon Agee的作品中有兩本有趣的作品，分別為"Z Goes Home" 及"Smart Feller Fart Smeller".
在英文中有一個字彙-spoonerism(首音互換)，根據維基百科，首音互換是將英文詞彙中的兩個字詞的字首互相調換，而形成另外一組詞彙， 如將"The Lord is a loving Shepherd"（主乃慈愛之牧）中"loving"的"l"與"shepherd"的"sh"調換，形成"The Lord is a shoving leopard"（主乃推撞之豹）。首音互換是玩弄文字，也可能是說話太快無意中產生的錯誤，而產生意想不到的詼諧幽默效果。 讀Agee的Smart Feller Fart Smeller一書，可對spoonerism有更多的了解，也可以明白使用者的文字文化，以下從書中舉例:

本書除了配搭Agee個人特色的畫風，圖像更以黑白呈現文字中的諷刺與無厘頭的"笑"果。
是一本有情節的字母書，每個人都有工作，字母Z也是，字母Z從ZOO離開要回家，途中遇到其他的字母角色，最後，回到家後相同顔色與字體的字母都在等著字母Z。功力深厚寫出一篇由26個字母角色組成的短文。
